Return Policy  

If items are received back with tags attached, are unworn & unwashed within 14 days a merchandise credit will be issued. Merchandise credits do not expire. Receive your merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card with 72 hours of the return being processed.

Please note, there are no returns on items in the following categories: Final Sale, Earrings, Intimates, Bathing Suits and Bodysuits.

Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. 

We do not pay for return shipping, however, we will issue you a 10% coupon towards future purchases. Please remember to include the invoice with your return for prompt processing or request a return invoice. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Exchanges 

Must be the same item/color, but different size requested. Please note the size exchange on your invoice.
